		abstract={The process of calculating patient data is still carried out manually. At
present the counseling process carried out by the Kesatria Community Health
Center is only based on the rules issued by the Ministry of Health, not based on
the illness suffered by patients in the Knights Health Center. Because if the
counseling is more than before, and the disease handled by the puskesmas is
high, and the number of patients handled by the puskesmas is increasing every
day, it is difficult to determine which disease will be performed by the Knights
Health Center. The process of calculating patient data that is still manual, such
as the calculation of diseases that can be handled by the puskesmas, the
calculation of counseling, and the calculation of the number of patient diseases
in the Kesatria Health Center is changed to use the K-Means method. Patient
Data Processing Application for Knights Health Center by using the waterfall
method. as a software development system. Data collection was done by
observation, interviews, questionnaires and literature studies. In the data
calculation process, the K-Means method is used to determine the highest
disease in the Knights Health Center. Results The results of the study stated that
the Patient Data Management Application of the Kesatria Health Center could
assist the Puskesmas in determining the counseling that would be carried out to
