From previous studies, a system for monitoring pH levels in rivers has been developed, but only for monitoring and not to neutralize it. Therefore the author made a prototype design as a tool for controlling pH and water clarity where, this design uses Arduino UNO as the brain of the device, pH meter sensor to measure water pH level, turbidity sensor as a measure of water clarity, and relay as a partial controller tools in the process of running the tool and using logical fuzzy tahani methods to determine the pH level of water into the category of acid, neutral or base. Then after getting the calculation from the logical fuzzy tahani tool will automatically give a neutralizing action if the pH level of the water goes into the category of acids and bases. If the pH level of the water has entered the neutral category, the appliance automatically throws water directly into the sewer. The expected results obtained from this study are models of detecting pH levels and filtering water pollution by using fuzzy tahani method to determine the pH level category in the neutralization process.} }
