		abstract={This thesis discusses about simulation of Listrik Kerakyatan STT-PLN developed
with Visual Studio and MYSQL database to educate about the management of
waste into electricity on the concept of Listrik Kerakyatan of Waste Power
Generator (PLTSa). This application is designed using multimedia design called
by Multimedia Development Life Cycle (MLDC) consisting of component image,
sound and video. This application is equipped with moving average forecasting.
This method is used to predict the variables used in Listrik Kerakyatan simulation
applications. Then the moving average forecasting result is tested by Root Mean
Square Error (RMSE) test and simulation application tested by Black Box test.}
