		abstract={Information that uses the meeting room is very minim and the limitations of the
meeting rooms at PT. PLN (Persero) headquarters as well as a number of special
cases as a priority officer leading to borrowing a conference room that is often in
the User's complaint. To enhance the smooth and misunderstood work process
at the participant meeting then need a meeting (Mezer) Web-based organization.
The urgency of this application is the reason for the election of a quick application
development method, developed to that of the immediate User's desire to
complete. This application uses the preferred scheduling method that by this
method, the process of selecting the meeting where preferred is a process with
a higher priority when the same meeting Schedule will be prioritizing with the
Schedule Highest priority. Applications tested by using ISO 9126, with the test is
divided into 6 (six) key features, namely function, Reliability, Usability, Efficiency,
mobility, maintainability, and the results obtained by analyzing 79,09%, the
system Categorized into categories. Therefore, application meeting organizations
can be used to process data and meeting management meetings.}
