		abstract={Insurance or Coverage is an agreement in which an insurer binds himself
to an insured, accepting a premium, to provide reimbursement to him for a loss,
damage or loss of expected profit. The CareWebApplication information system
creates and processes the customer's digital insurance data.
CareWebApplication has a view that allows users to create customer data and
can display documents and reports needed with ease. But an application made
by humans is far from perfection. The frequent occurrence of error in information
display and the slowliness of process causes an incline in user satisfaction. The
slowliness of data retrieval process has a big impact on user dissatisfaction. This
research uses Unified Software Development Process (USDP) method, which is
a recurrent and incremental development process. Application testing is done by
descriptive method to test every function which exists in the application. The
result of this research is an upgraded version of CareWebApplication, where the
error of displayed information is reduced as much as possible, and the speed of
data retrieval process is accelerated by 0.167 seconds per policy, so as to make
the policy in a timely manner.}
