		abstract={This study discusses the classification of violations of PLN customers using the
Naïve Bayes Classifier (NBC) method. The data used in this study is a statement
of the minutes of the results of the examination carried out by PLN Area
Cengkareng Electricity Control and Usage Officer (P2TL). Electricity Usage
Control (P2TL) is a series of activities including planning, inspection, actions and
settlement carried out by PLN against PLN installations or installation of electricity
users from PLN. The method used in this study is text preprocessing, Term
Frequency (TF) and Naïve Bayes Classifier (NBC) calculations. Based on the
results of testing of 100 P2TL official news data obtained an accuracy value of
86% using the Confusion Matrix method.}
