		abstract={Indramayu Regency with an area of 514 km² is known as one of the largest fish
producers in Indonesia. Most residents of Indramayu Regency work as fish finders.
Fish finders need information on the Fish Catching Potential Zone requires real-time
ZPPI information to be able to support fish search activities. So far the fish seekers
in Kec. Indramayu had to wait for the arrival of ZPPI information that used SMS
media from LAPAN with the intermediary of the Indramayu Fisheries and Marine
Office, the delay in submitting ZPPI information to one of the obstacles. Based on
this problem, a sistem is needed that can present ZPPI information and be facilitated
with the closest distance search. This ZPPI information delivery sistem uses Android
media which the user will later use to see ZPPI coordinate points and search for the
nearest point. Through the search point sistem closest to the Haversine Method is
expected to provide information on the ZPPI point and support the decision making
of the nearest ZPPI search point.}
