		abstract={The research this is discuss about determining the priority of loan facility of
students? activity when it has the same time and place in lending the facility.
Determining of priority of activities that are still manual by focusing on the initial
time of lending regardless level of activity, it mean that all the things done by
estimation. Recapitulation of lending data still uses Microsoft Excel or
HandWriting. So it need to make the system by using the web that is useful to
facilitate in determining the lending when it has the same time and place in
lending the facility. In addition, this research also discusses about monitoring and
presentation of lending data that used to make the report of lending system. The
support system uses Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) methode.This system is
implemented using the PHP programming language (Hypertext Prepocessor)
and MySQL database. The data used in this research is using facility data,
students data and organizational data which is taken in STT-PLN through BEM,
BKKMA and BSFU. From these data can be used to determine the priority of
lending facility. The results of this study determining the priority of lending, lending
monitoring and presentation of the data as accurate reports.}
