For the payment of toll if vehicle is in categories of class 2 upwards, then the operator behind the machine should decide in which class the vehicle should be by clicking button class in E-Toll machine. But for class 1 there is no need operator. Its not effective, because classification of class 2 upwards still need an operator. So in this research discusses about vehicle classification based on ultrasonic sensor, infrared sensor, and proximity sensor which is designed using Arduino and modeled in miniature. Then measurement inside the model applying Sugeno Fuzzy Logic Method. Result of the design is class and toll fare based on data from sensors.
