		abstract={Each college student received certificate as a proof of the following participation
in an activity. However, it is in fact a certificate is often misused to interest that
benefit themselves and harming others. Problems occurred is to copy the
certificate, counterfeiting signatures on certificates and certificates of discharge
without logging the number codefication. This research aims to logging events
and a certificate with a security system that can minimize forgery by using the QR
Code on each certificate and RSA method. Software development methods used
RAD (Rapid Aplicatio Development). Based on the above explanation, then
conducted research that aims to design the data collection and verification
certificate. System security is designed using QR Code and RSA Algorithm. So
the certificate can not be falsified, and to simplify the verification process can be
done with QR Scanner.}
