The grounding system at the substations is something that is very important because it aims to avoid the dangers to humans and equipment located in or in the substation. This thesis aims to determine the grounding systems in Kemayoran Substations better and worth or not by calculating the touch voltage and step voltage the maximum, where the results refer to the IEEE Standard 80-2000. The analysis of obtained get the conclusion of the touch voltage and step voltage the maximum does not exceed the touch voltage and step voltage are allowed. Where is the touch voltage maximum value 237,55 Volts and the voltage step the maximum value 138,94 Volts, while the touch voltage and step voltage allowed value 258,68 Volt and 686,72 Volts.} }
