Wood powder is used as a substitute for fine aggregate and the addition of the bonding agent Sikalatex and superplasticizer. This study to determine the value of compressive strength, split tensile strength, absorption value and slump test. By using fc' 25 MPa as the compressive strength of the concrete plan and 82 samples using a concrete cylinder (10cm x 20cm) due to the limitations of the concrete cylinder according to the standard, the calculation has been converted into a standard size in the value of the compressive strength of concrete later by using a variation of the provisions of 2 % for the variation of wood powder substitution of fine aggregate and the use of bonding agent sikalatex 0%, 5% and 10% by weight of water and an additional 1.5% superplasticizer by weight of cement. The results of the highest compressive strength of concrete (SK 2% + BA 0% + SP 1.5%) aged 28 days was 22,181 Mpa. For the result of the highest split tensile strength of concrete variation (SK 2% + BA 10% + SP 1.5%) 28 days old is 3,979 Mpa. Then, the highest absorption value in variation concrete (SK 2% + BA 0% + SP 1.5%) was 2.211% while the slump test value for variation concrete (SK 2% + BA 0% + SP 1.5%) was the highest at 9.8 cm.} }
