		abstract={In construction projects, both during implementation and after construction,
various problems are often found, one of which is concrete defects. Defects in
concrete are often found in structural elements such as beams, floor slab columns
and shear walls. The presence of defects in the concrete found in the field
indicates that there is a discrepancy that occurred during the concrete
manufacturing process. The purpose of the study was to determine the concrete
defects that occur in the columns and beams, to determine the percentage of
concrete defects that occur and to determine the appropriate repair method. The
concrete defects found in this study were honeycombs, scaling/spalling concrete,
cracked concrete, and swelled/bulged concrete with the percentage of defects in
the column by 24.64% while in the beam by 23.91%. The repair method used is
the chipping method, patching method, and hacking method that is adjusted to
the type of defects that occur in the concrete.}
