The purpose of this study is to calculate and compare the bearing capacity and settlement that occurs in pile foundations and drill pile foundations from drill-log data, SPT and pile arrangement plans. The method used in the manual calculation for the single pile bearing capacity is Reese and Wright for drill piles with a yield of 160,251 tons for 50,442 tons of piles, and the plaxis application of 293,859 tons for drill piles for 88,020 tons of piles. As for the pile bearing capacity for drill piles and piles using the Converse Labbare Formula method, the results were 117,175 tons and 70,523 tons, the Los Angeles method 125,380 tons and 75,934 tons, the SeilerKeeny method 132,687 tons and 70,618 tons. For the settlement of drill piles using the Poulos and Davis method, namely 5,430 mm for piles and 15,590 mm for piles and group pile settlement using the vesic method, 5,112 mm for drilled piles and 6,917 mm for piles. The bearing capacity and settlement with several methods used are slightly different due to differences in depth, type of pile and soil type.} }
