		abstract={A construction contract is a bond between two parties who are service users and
service providers that have been agreed in writing on employment contracts, In
this study the authors conducted an Analysis of Labor Contracts between
Contractors and Workers on the Cibitung-Cilincing Toll Road Project The
contract document used is the contract document for the Cibitung-Cilincing Toll
Road project which is national in nature and the author performs and adjusts it
in comparison to the General Conditions of Contract, the Manpower Act No. 13
of 2003 and the Labor Copyright Act. Each of the general terms of the contract
or article contained in the contract is analyzed in comparison to get the
differences and similarities in the contract article. the type of research used is
prescriptive normative legal research using a statutory research approach and
conceptual research. Sources of data obtained from primary and secondary data.
In the Manpower contract between the Contractor and the Manpower on the
Cibitung-Cilincing Toll Road Project, it has met validation and contract
elements in accordance with applicable law in Indonesia.}
