		abstract={Hybrid system is a power plant system consisting of two or more power generation technologies. In this study, hybrid power plant consists of rooftop 3000 Wp PLTS which is connected with power grid from PLN in house building with fare R. PLTS rooftop 3000 Wp determined for R1 2200 VA fare which will be reference for Rooftop OFF-GRID rooftop installation. Hybrid fare is calculated from the amount of investment, inflation, and also the reliability guarantee of the electrical system. The method used to calculate hybrid rates is capital budgeting technique. By knowing ARR, NPV, IRR, BCR, PP. Investments that are fully borne by PLN. If PLN has returned capital then hybrid fare from PLTS rooftop OFF-GRID can be recalculated with a system of reliability that remains the same. The operation period of PLTS is set for 20 years.}
