The use of the main mixture of concrete can be replaced with other materials which of course have met the requirements stated in the SNI. In this study, it is planned to use the results of burning coal or what is often called Fly Ash as a substitute for cement and also to use HDPE plastic waste that has been melted into coarse granules as an added material from coarse aggregate. The sample used is cylindrical and the planned concrete quality is fc? 25 MPa with a ratio of 30% Fly Ash waste by weight of cement, HDPE coarse granules with variations of 0%, 5% and 10% of the weight of coarse aggregate used. The test parameters are testing the compressive strength of concrete and testing the split tensile strength of concrete. The compressive strength test of concrete was carried out at the age of 7, 14 and 28 days and for testing the split tensile strength of the concrete was carried out at the age of 7 and 28 days in order to find out how much the increase and the difference between normal concrete at the age of 7 and 28 days. The highest compressive strength value for the concrete sample with variation 3 is with a mixture of 30% Fly Ash + 10% HDPE melted coarse granules, resulting in a compressive strength of 26.610 MPa at the age of 28 days of concrete. For the test results, the highest split tensile strength of concrete is concrete with variation 3 with a mixture of 30% Fly Ash + 10% HDPE melted coarse granules with a split tensile strength of 2.878 MPA.} }
