To find the root cause of the delay, the Analysis of The Causes of Construction Project Delays In the Midst of the COVID-19 Pandemic is done using Fault Tree Analysis (FTA) and Method Obtain Cut Set (MOCUS). It was obtained that the items of work that experienced delays were: GWT STP structure work, formwork work and MEP work. From the FTA analysis of the three top events, it was obtained that the delay occurred due to Equipment and Materials whose delivery was late. The delay relationship obtained the reliability of each job such as GWT STP Work of 0.7072, sBeksiting jobs of 0.7528 and MEP jobs of 0.8443.
