SF6 gas quality affects performance as an isolation medium. SF6 gas quality parameters can be seen from the physical condition of the gas, namely Purity, Moisture Content, Dew Point, and Decomposition Product. SF6 gas quality is analyzed with SF6 Analyzer test equipment..
