		abstract={One of the tasks of the power company is to produce electrical energy that customers can rely on. Disruption is unavoidable, customers are the most affected due to disruption. One of the disturbances that often occurs is on the distribution side of the 20kV SKTM cable. The vulnerable point of interference on the 20kV SKTM cable is at the connection (Jointing), the type of disturbance is due to Partial Discharge. At the New Senayan Substation there has been a disturbance in the Jointing of the Watch Feeder segment KJ 204 ? KJ 317 with very bad cable conditions. The fault point is at a distance of 916 m with a capacity of 0.297 F in the L1 and L2 phases and 0.296 F for the L3 phase with a frequency of 338.03 Hz for the L1 and L2 phases while for the L3 phase it is 338.98 Hz. Then the next action is to carry out a cable assessment to find out the disturbance in the cable channel and the location of the point of disturbance for immediate repair or replacement of the cable.}
