		abstract={In knowing the graduation period of students at the PLN Institute of Technology,
they do notyet have a computer-based system or it can be said that it is still done
manually. Therefore we need a computer-based system in order to know the
graduation period of a student (On Time / Not On Time). It is intended that students
know their graduation period based on datamanaged by the C4.5 Algorithm with
input variables in the form of PMB and IPS (TemporaryAchievement Index) scores.
C4.5 algorithm is used to make a decision tree (Decision Tree).Decision trees are
a well-known classification and prediction. Decision trees are useful for exploring
data, finding hidden between the number of candidate input variables and target
variables. The resulting system is a Mathlab GUI-based system, where the system
will be checked by the C4.5 Algorithm with predetermined input values. One of the
results of testingstudent data is that students are predicted to "graduate on time"}
