		abstract={The Jambi Provincial Health Office is an important part of the government in
Jambi Province which has the task of implementing the public health sector in
Jambi Province. Currently, the process of storing data related to each puskesmas
is done manually so that officers will have difficulty when they need this data in
the future because of the many files stored and so on. The use of E-Government
is very important for the Jambi Provincial Health Office because it has an
important function in efforts to deliver information and services provided to
residents using technology. This researcher uses the PHP language program and
mySQLi database and utilizes the Codeigniter framework and the development
method for the system uses the waterfall with system testing using blackbox
testing by using questionnaires to application users. This research concludes that
an information system based on E-Government can help and ease the duties and
work of the Health Service, especially in the data and forms section.}
