In cats there is an infectious disease called Feline which is caused by a virus. In keeping cats, people need knowledge about cat diseases and how to treat them. Feline virus itself in general there are 3 namely Feline Panleukopenia Virus, Feline Calici virus, Feline Rhinotracheitis Virus. One of these diseases, namely Panleukopenia, is the most dangerous Feline disease because in 2-3 days a cat can die. This research realizes the Naïve Bayes Classifier method to the problems raised in the research, namely the feline disease expert system in cats and is implemented on an Android base built with the SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) software engineering method, namely Waterfall. Broadly speaking, in this system there are features of disease diagnosis, monitoring data and displaying information related to diseases and symptoms of feline disease in cats. The results of this study were that there were 11 symptoms and 3 diseases that were treated using the Naïve Bayes Classifier method. With an android-based application that can be accessed by mobile, it can make it easier for pet cat owners to find out about feline disease in cats.} }
