		abstract={Many cat keepers are less concerned about cat skin diseases. There are many type
of skin diseases in cat, but many people don?t know about cat skin diseases caused by
parasites and about the symptoms also the types of diseases. In keeping cats certainly has
the risk that the cat that is kept will be exposed to disease, especially if the care of the cat
itself is not done regularly and correctly. In general, skin diseases caused by parasites
there are 2 types, Ectoparasisite and Endoparasite. The most dangerous of this parasitic
skin disease is Endoparasite, because this disease is caused by parasites that enter the
cat's body and the symptoms caused are almost the same as Ectopasite. In this case
objectify the Expert System:Certainty Factor method of cases raised in the study, namely
the expert system of cat skin disease caused by parasites and implemented based on
Android and built using the SLDC (Software Development Life Cycle) Waterfall software
engineering method. In this system there is a disease diagnosis feature, displaying
information about the disease and symptoms of skin diseases in cats. The results of this
study are 9 symptoms of 2 diseases that processed using the Certainty Factor method.
With an android-based application and can be accessed mobile, this make it easier for
cat keepers to find out about skin diseases in their pet cats.}
