		abstract={Psychosis is a picture of a physical condition that is visible from the outside of an
individual. Maintaining physical health must also maintain mental health. In other words,
there is no physical health without spiritual health. Based on information from the 2018
Basic Health Research (Riskesdas), there are around 14 million people aged 15 years and
over who are depressed. Of these, only 9 percent are undergoing medical treatment. The
research also shows that 7 out of 1,000 households in Indonesia have members who
experience psychosis or schizophrenia. Ironically, there are not as many psychiatric
specialists as in other medical fields. In this case, it is proven by the rarity of hospitals
dealing with mental disorders in each region. In order to educate the public about basic
knowledge about psychiatric problems, and to minimize inappropriate handling, a tool
must be made that can diagnose mental disorders and can make the same choices, as
accurately as a psychologist. The target of this research is to create a system that can be
used to diagnose mental disorders. The system will be made using the Certainty factor
method. The results of this study are a mobile-based application by applying Certainty
Factor which can run well, the system can diagnose according to the symptoms
experienced and carry out tests that produce a percentage value in Case 1 experiencing
gadget addiction 95.251% .}
