One of renewable energy is Solar Power Plants. Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources (ESDM) together with PT PLN (Persero) trying to develop Solar Power Plants as an energy that can be applied even in isolated area and as a green energy and environmentally friendly because it does not produce air pollution or produce waste. Not only for isolated area, Solar Power Plants will also developed for urban housing, called rooftop Solar Power Plants. Rooftop Solar Power Plants applied as a safe and reliable energy and environmentally friendly. PT PLN used ratio 1:1 for energy which transfer to the grid from solar power. Direct observation conducted to the rooftop area where Solar Power Plants will be built and by interviewing customer with R1 and R2 rate. Interview and direct observation result implemented as a prototype that can be develop to Solar Power Plants. The main component used are pv mono-crystaline, and inverter on-grid so can be connected to the PT PLN grid. Meanwhile, the additional component used is kWh meter Exim which can transmit excess energy to PLN from rooftop Solar Power Plants. Solar Power Plants that has capacity of 3000 Watt peak produces 11.996 kWh that can be used in consumer house which has 3300 VA-5500 VA electric power. Another advantages by implement Solar Power Plant are not costly because only cost of land investment, easy to maintain, and can operate until 10 years.} }
