Factors that cause non-adherence to taking medication include disease factors and factors of use. The role of medication companions in monitoring and improving user compliance to take medication on time cannot be carried out continuously. So we need a drug dispenser to improve and monitor the schedule for taking drugs and can have a positive influence on users. The drug dispenser will undergo several tests, namely mechanical testing, electronic and program testing and user usability testing. Tests were conducted to determine the performance of the drug dispenser and its effectiveness to the user. The drug dispenser is equipped with an electronic system that can adjust the schedule and dosage of drugs to be consumed with a sound indicator that will light up when the schedule for taking medication has arrived. The usability test of the tool got a value of 71.9 which means that this dispenser tool can be used properly on the user and has a positive influence and increases drug adherence to its users.} }
