PLN (Persero) UP3 Banda Aceh ULP Merduati, that is the distribution transformer at the lamteumen feeder, the transformer is experiencing an overload state with a loading percentage of 100% which exceeds the standard set by SPLN, which is 80%. The purpose of this paper is to find out how to overcome the problem of transformers experiencing overload conditions at the Lamteumen Feeder distribution substation and to analyze the results of the large percentage of loading on the transformer before and after transformer relocation. The researcher wrote this final project in a qualitative way, namely collecting data in UP3 Banda Aceh ULP Merduati, and conducting a question and answer session with the field supervisor and then conducting a literature study that supports solving the problem of overloaded transformers. Therefore, in overcoming the problem of an overloaded transformer on the lamteumen feeder transformer, improvements were made by looking at these conditions, one of which was by relocating a transformer with a larger capacity to 160 kVA to 200 kVA from the previous 100 kVA. From the results of the relocation, the percentage value of the transformer loading is 72.2535% which before the transformer relocation was 144.507%, so it decreased by 72.2%. then the next transformer is relocated, the result is that the percentage value of the transformer loading is 71.30625%, which before the transformer relocation was 114.09% so that it decreased by 42.78375% and in the third relocation transformer the percentage value of the transformer loading was 56.469 % which before the relocation of the transformer was 112,938%, so it decreased by 56,469%. Then it can be seen from the percentage of loading above the capacity of 160 and 200 kVA the use of the load is decreasing. This proves that transformer relocation is one method that can be used to overcome the problem of overload at distribution substations.} }
