Non-technical contributors to loss are the misuse of electricity and measurement errors that often occur in kWh meters, measurement errors can occur due to errors in the kWh meter so that the value of power used does not match what is actually used by customers, whether it is larger or smaller. The highest error value for the kWh meter at ULP Serang in February ? April 2022 is -41.13% and the lowest error value for the lowest kWh meter is -5.48%.
