		abstract={Along with the times, the electric power system is now a major part of the modern home industrial society, and small and medium-sized industries are ranked second based on energy needs. The largest energy needed in this sector is electrical energy. Based on these data, the Bekasi Area Customer Service Implementation Unit (UP3) has an important role for PLN and also PLN customers. The role of UP3 BEKASI is to schedule maintenance of distribution equipment in the area in order to minimize the possibility of damage to these equipment, which is a very important part. Maintenance of these tools must be maintained in order to ensure that electricity continues to flow to customers to avoid losses from the PLN side and the customer side. Therefore, treatment must be carried out according to the correct procedures and techniques. This time, we will discuss the activities carried out at PT PLN UP3 Bekasi Area. The topic of discussion in this final project is maintenance of distribution substations to reduce feeder trips by using the GKONS system (simultaneous construction movement) whose function is to not only reduce disturbance to a feeder, but also to increase the reliability of the feeder itself and reduce the previous SAIDI and SAIFI values. The value generated is quite large with the GKONS method, the value from SAIDI and SAIFI is small as in 2021 in January - May 2021 in January SAIDI 0.0276 hours/plg and SAIFI 0.0246 hours times/plg in February SAIDI 0 .0167 hours/plg and SAIFI 0.007 times/plg then in 2022 in January ? March there was a decrease in SAIDI and SAIFI values in January SAIDI 0.0074 hours/plg and SAIFI 0.0077 times/plg in February SAIDI 0.018 hours/plg and SAIFI 0.165 times/plg in March SAIDI 0.0041 hours/plg and SAIFI 0.0039 times/plg in April SAIDI 0.0196 hours/plg and SAIFI 0.0131 times/plg in May SAIDI 0.173 hours/plg and SAIFI 0.0099 times/plg}
