In general, each distribution equipment must be maintained both electrically and mechainically to ensure the suitability of the equipment to function properly. The CB 20 kV Feeder at GIS Abadi Guna has been operating for 27 years, so it is necessary to study whether this CB is still suitable for use or not. The CB is said to be still feasible to operate with reference to the results of the isolation resistance test, contact resistance and PMT simultaneously in accordance with the SPLN. The results of the contact resistance test with the VDE standard (catalogue 228/4) 1 kV = 1 M? show that CB still has good insulation resistance with a value of > 20 M?, while the contact resistance with the IEC standard 60694 50 µ? shows good results with a value of resistance below 50 µ?. In the PMT contact synchronous test, good results were obtained when compared to the standard SPLN No. 52-1 1984 120 ms.
