		abstract={PT PLN (Persero) UP3 Cempaka Putih is a customer service unit in the Cempaka Putih area. Cubicle is an electrical equipment that functions to control, connect, protect, and divide electric power from an electric power source. The cubicle is an important device in the distribution of the electric power system, so it needs maintenance so that the cubicle works properly. PT PLN (Persero) UP3 Cempaka Putih has installed a 20 kV EGA cubicle in the Pulo Gadung area. The installation of this cubicle has been done because it needs to be repaired, so it is necessary to install a new cubicle. Based on the results of the cubicle on inspection, it appears that the components are feasible to operate. And based on the results of the cubicle dielectric test which includes insulation testing obtained from the insulation values, it is in accordance with the VDE standard (Catalogue 228/4) the minimum insulation limit is 1 Kilo Volt - 1 Mega Ohm. After that, it was found that the cubicle was in good condition and suitable for use.}
