PLTGU is a plant in which there are two types of plants with different prime movers, namely by using natural gas combustion or called gas power plants (PLTG) and using steam or also known as (PLTGU). Generators need to be maintained to anticipate or prevent insulation damage or disturbance caused by partial discharge (PD). Insulation damage or interference due to partial discharge often occurs in the generator, for this reason, this study aims to analyze the partial discharge generator block 3.1 at the Priok POMU PLTGU using Phase Resolved Partial Discharge (PRPD) method and analyze PD risk in accordance with PD Tech Power Engineering Agency standards. Pd generator analysis is carried out before and after maintenance, where based on the results of PD measurements obtained pd results before maintenance have the highest value in phase R which is valued at 0.926 nC, and in PD after maintenance has the highest PD value in phase R which is 0.887 nC. Pd before and after maintenance based on the PRPD method is categorized as S4 (Micro Void) which is low risk, and based on PD Tech Power Engineering Agency standards is categorized as low PD.} }
