Therefore, the reliability of the electric power distribution system will also be a major concern. The indexes that show the reliability of the distribution system are SAIDI (System Average Interruption Duration Index) and SAIFI (System Average Interruption Frequency Index). The smaller the value of the two indices, the more reliable the system, which means high efficiency. This research will discuss the study of SAIDI and SAIFI and the unsold energy of PT PLN (Persero) UP3 Lenteng Agung. The SAIDI reliability index in 2020 was obtained at 5.556 hours/customer/year and in 2021 it was obtained at 4.3258 hours/customer/year. The SAIFI reliability index in 2020 was obtained at 0.0816 times/customer/year and in 2021 it was obtained at 0.039 times/customer/year. Based on the SPLN standard 68-2: 1986, the SAIDI and SAIFI reliability indices for 2020 and 2021 obtained have met the standard and are categorized as reliable. The value of unsold energy in 2020 was obtained at 0.1169 GWh and in 2021 it was obtained at 0.0086 GWh. Based on the target set by PT PLN (Persero) UP3 Lenteng Agung, the value of unsold energy in 2020 and 2021 obtained has met the target and is categorized as reliable.} }
