		abstract={The distribution of electrical energy often suffers losses. This loss is caused
by non-technical and technical losses. One of the technical losses is caused
by the emergence of current in the neutral conductor of the transformer. This
is due to load imbalance. Analysis of the load imbalance is carried out
manually by PT PLN UP3 Depok, so it is necessary to realize a load
balancing application that functions as a calculating tool and analyzes
loading conditions and can make suggestions for moving loads. The method
used in this study uses several aspects such as data collection, programming
application preparation, application development using C++, testing and
data retrieval, processing and imbalance analysis of the load data entered.
The load balancing application is designed using the C++ programming
language. The results of the load balancing application that have been made
can work to calculate the percentage of load imbalance at the distribution
substation by reporting the state of the substation. To validate the
calculations carried out by the program, namely comparing with manual
calculations and with excel applications with the method of calculating
relative errors. From the results of relative errors, the average KR program
with manual is 2.04%, while the program with excel gets an average of
0.00%. From the KR calculation, it is found that the calculation results from
the application are accurate and valid.}
