The appearance of Partial Discharge in the SKTM can cause insulation failure. Partial Discharge or partial discharge is a form of electrical discharge that occurs only in part of the insulation system which can initiate a partial discharge insulation failure in an insulation section that occurs due to a high potential difference. This study aims to determine the status of the condition of the cable to the voltage of the appearance of Partial Discharge, and the status of the cable to the discharge of Partial Discharge. Measurements were carried out at PT. PLN (Persero) UP3 Kebon Jeruk at the Fern Feeder Segment SP240 in the direction of KJ251 with the Cable Assessment method using the OWTS (Oscillating Wave Test System) tool to detect partial discharge on the cable. This tool uses DAC (Damp Alternate Current) so it doesn't damage the cable. The cable will be given a DAC test voltage and a PD Detector as a receiver. The results obtained in the Partial Discharge measurement, namely the PDIV value of 11.3 kV per phase, can be interpreted as PDIV < Uo. The PDEV value is 8.1 kV per phase, which means that PDEV < U0. So that PDIV and PDEV are categorized as bad cable status with Point 3. PDmax and PDlevel values are above 1000 pC. So that it can be interpreted that the magnitude of the load above, Y > 1000 pC is in the category of very bad cable status with point 1. If point 3 and point 3 are added up, the result is point 6. Point 6 can be concluded in red. The risk of cable failure in the SP 249 to KJ 251 segment is high and the cable status is very bad. Estimated cable maintenance 3 months.} }
