But this can be minimized with a reliable protection system. The protection system aims to detect the occurrence of a disturbance and as soon as possible isolate the part of the disturbed system so as not to affect the whole system. The research calculated short circuit current to find out the effect of network length on the short circuit current and to decide the relay setting to know the condition of coordination between distribution substasion, outgoing reeder protection and incoming feeder based on relay working time on the interference current occurred at Substation feeder. Kukang feeder is one of the feeders located at the Sepatan Substation. The Kukang feeder is supplied by a power transformer called transformer with a capacity of 60 MVA. Transformer has a feeder, one of which is a Kukang feeder. Kukang feeders have a channel length of 10,962 km.The calculation results of OCR setting value obtainedIn the outgoing side the primary current value is 77,28 A, the TMS is 0,170 s, and the time is 0,299 seconds. In the incoming side the primary current value is 1818,6 A, the TMS is 0,204 s, and the time is 0,697 seconds. The calculation results of GFR setting value obtained the primary current value in the outgoing side is 60,2 A, the TMS is 0,105 s, and the time is 0,299 seconds. In the incoming side the primary current value is 1399,8 A, the TMS is 0,235, and the time is 0,69 seconds.} }
