This thesis will review the design of building rooftop solar power plants off grid for home air conditioners using the skinative method. From the results of the field survey, it was found that the air conditioner used was 2 units with the total energy needed was 6856 Wh so that is needed PLTS with a capacity of 2 kWp. Investment value of Rp. 80,060,525 is obtained. After using PLTS the electricity bill was reduced by Rp. 130,710, -. The advantage of using PLTS is more environmentally friendly and the disadventage of using this PLTS is the large of investment cost.} }
