		abstract={Dinas Pendapatan Unit Pelayanan Pendapatan Daerah UPPD Propinsi Wilayah XXIII (Padalarang) exploits computer based information system as supporter to increase fluency and amenity in doing data processing process, especially in management of water tax. System applied at Dinas Pendapatan UPPD Propinsi Wilayah XXIII (Padalarang) still having the character of single user and some of activities of data processing still be done in manual, so that seeking of taxpayer data and data SKPD requires time sufficiently long, happened mistake at big calculation of decision of water tax and penalty, and making of stipulating report of SKPD and payment acceptance is less efficient.      
 
 
Data collecting method applied applies interview technique, observation and book study. System development methodologies applied is method waterfall and applies approach is structure.       
 
 
Based on research, developed an management information system of water tax which save taxpayer data can stipulating and of SKPD in the form of database, big calculation process of decision of water tax and penalty applies computer process and there is menu for report making. With system development of information proposed, seeking of taxpayer data and data SKPD becomes easier, minimization of big calculation mistake of decision of water tax and penalty, and making of stipulating report of SKPD and receiving payment becomes more efficient.}
