This bacteria likes to grow in hot water sources. Thermophilic bacteria may have their natural habitat in hot springs, volcanic craters, and volcanic areas. Mesophilic bacteria are microorganisms that live at low temperatures. They live in moderate temperatures (20-45oC) and have an optimal growth temperature (37oC). Therefore, they belong to the human microbiome and to human pathogens. An additional aim of this research is to find forms of bacteria in hot springs using descriptive techniques. The results of the research showed that in the hot springs there were isolates of mesophilic bacteria in the form of Gram-positive Bacillus and a set of monobacilli with positive spores. They have a smooth, cream-colored surface and an irregular shape, according to their macroscopic morphology.} }
