Perencanaan yang tepat akanmemberikan informasi dalam pengelolaan tenaga kerja sehingga jumlah dan biayadapat dialokasikan sesuai dengan kebutuhan masing  masing item pekerjaan.Data yang dibutuhkan untukmenghitung alokasi tenaga kerja dan Kurva S diantaranya adalah RAB, gambarbestek dan RKS. Berdasarkan data yang didapatkan perencanaan dimulai denganmemperkirakan durasi dan kebutuhan tenaga kerja, kemudian setelah itu dilakukanpengalokasian tenaga kerja dan penjadwalan lalu tahap akhir adalah pembuatanKurva S.Hasil dari perencanaanalokasi tenaga kerja diketahui bahwa pada pembangunan proyek ini dibutuhkantenaga kerja rata  rata perhari sebanyak 58 pekerja, dengan kebutuhan tenagakerja terbanyak yaitu sebesar 82 orang pekerja, dan terendah sebanyak 2 orangpekerja. Pada Kurva S diketahui bobotrencana terendah terjadi pada tanggal 4 September 2017 yaitu sebesar 0.0167, sedangkanbobot terbesar terjadi pada tanggal 16 April sebesar 9.4174 dan rata  ratabobot rencananya adalah sebesar 0.4262. Sometimesthere can be a problem that related to the human resources allocation, which iscan make an effect to the construction cost budget and the time schedule.Therefor in order to overcome it there must be a human resources planning. Aproper planning can give an information to manage a human resources so that thenumber of the labour and the cost can be allocated properly for the needs ofeach construction project item.To make a human resources planning there must be adata such a budget plan, bestek images, and RKS. According to the data, thehuman resources planning begin with making the estimation of duration and thelabour needs, afterwards do a resources leveling and the time schedule with thehelp of Microsoft excel and Microsoft project, then the last one make a Scurve.The result of labour allocation planning is knowingthat in this construction project the average number of the labour needs perday is 58 people, and the highest number of labour needs is 82 people and thelowest is 2 people. For the S Curve is knowing the lowest of the weightprogress planning in this construction project is about 0.0167 that happen inSeptember 4, 2017, and the highest is about 9.4174 in April, 16, and theaverage is about 0.4262.
