Yang dibimbing oleh Petrus Tiranda, M.Th dan Naomi Sampe M.Th Pemilihan judul ini dilatar belakangi oleh pengamatan, penulis menemukan dalam masyarakat, sikap ini tidak menunjukkan sikap baik kepada masyarakat sehingga masyarakat tidak mau diatur dan tidak ada niat untuk bekerjasama dengan masyarakat. Dalam kondisi tersebut penulis hendak mengkaji bagaimana pemimpin yang mampu menjadi teladan bagi masyarakat. Karena kedisiplinan itu penting bagi semua orang dalam
mewujudkan kebersamaan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian penulismendapat bahwa pemimpin yang harus diimplementasikan ialah kebersamaan dan tidak membedakan masyarakatnya, serta keijasama yang baik, belum maksimal itu yang disebabkan pemimpin kurang menujukkan keteladanan bagi masyarakat setempat di Ulusalu.

The selection of this title is motivated by observations, the authors found in the community, this attitude does not show good attitude to the community so that the coinmunity does not want to be regulated and there is no intention to cooperate with the community. [n these conditions the writer wants to examine how leaders who are able to set an example for the community. Because discipline is important for everyone in realizing togethemess.
Based on the results o f the study the authors found that the leaders who had to be implemented were togethemess and did not diffcrentiate the community, as well as good cooperation, which was not yet the maximum due to the leaders' lack of role modeis for the local community in Ulusalu ...}
