abstract={Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perbedaan hasil belajar siswa menggunakan Pembelajaran Kooperatif Tipe Co-Op Co-Op Dengan Pembelajaran Konvensional Di Kelas XI SMA Negeri 9 Medan Pada Sub Materi Sistem Ekskresi Manusia Tahun Pembelajaran 2011/2012. Populasi adalah seluruh siswa kelas XI IPA SMA N egeri 9 Medan yang terdiri dari 3 kelas. Sampel diambil dengan random sampling dan diperoleh sampel untuk kelas eksperimen (XI IPA-1) 38 siswa dan kelas kontrol (XI IPA-3) 38 siswa. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan adalah tes hasil belajar siswa dalam bentuk pilihan berganda yang berjumlah 30 soal yang telah divalidasi terlebih dahulu. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan pre test kelas eksperimen (42,19±10,41) dan pre test kelas kontrol (42,89±9,59). Sedangkan post test kelas kelas eksperimen (76,49±9,43) dan post test kelas kontrol (66,32±7,78). Setelah dilakukan uji-t diperoleh thit =4,81 > 1,99. Uji-t ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan hasil belajar siswa menggunakan pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Co-op Co-op dengan metode konvensional pada sub materi pokok sistem ekskresi manusia di kelas XI SMA Negeri 9 Medan tahun pembelajaran 2011/2012.}
