		abstract={Legal Issues examined in this study is what is taken into consideration Yogyakarta Adisutjipto Airbase Commander in providing a high recommendation buildings. The purpose of this research is to find out what the Base Commander consideration Adisutjipto Yogyakarta in providing a high recommendation buildings. The method used in this research is normative juridical means that legal research focuses on the norms that include regulatory legislation have relevance to the legal issues are examined.
