		abstract={The research about the rule of Badung Regional Government for preparing
human resources to face ASEAN Economic Community to knowing how the way
purposed Badung Regional Government system for preparing human resources to
face ASEAN Economic Community. This research using empiric methods with
interview. This research have found that the Badung Regional Government
already did their role with making a law about the rule of Badung Regional
Goverenment Number 8 Year 2014 about Holding a Services for Employee,
pushing the private industries about dupa and aroma therapy, increasing the
quality of employee with the human resources trainee in mechanical, spa therapist
sectors, doing a competence test to the employee?s interest to working aboard
with socialization.
The Badung Regional Government also fixing the infrastructures like the road, the
hospital, and the airport as the afford to supporting ASEAN Economic
Community.}
