abstract={This research entitled The Supervision of Regional House of Representatives (DPRD) towards The implementation of Regional Regulation Number 1 of 2006 on State Regional Regulation in Central Maluku (Mollucas)
Regency focused on issues among others: mechanism of Regional House of Representatives supervision, obstacles facing and solution to overcome supervision obstacles towards the implementation of State Regional Regulation.
The writer was interested to that title due to he/she wished to know the performance of people represntatives (DPRD) who behave and on behalf of people and was also luxurious facilitated by people fund to conduct their supervision function towards the implementation of State Regional Regulation that so far conceived it did not run well.
This research was aimed to examine and to analyze the machanism of Regional House of Representatives supervision towards the implementation of Regional Regulation Number 1 of 2006 on State Regional Regulation, to know obstacles facing by House of Representatives of Central Maluku in implementing supervision towards the implementation of State Regional Regulation and to seek solutions to overcome the obstacles. This was a normative research that used legislation and also examine them from democracy, decentralization, supervision theories and local wisdom.
This research results showed that: (1) the mechanism of supervison conducted by DPRD towards the implementation of Regional Regulation Number 1 of 2006 on State Regional Regulation in Central Maluku had not been implemented well in its supervision functions, (2) inhibiting factors in supervision implementation by DPRD members of Central Maluku related to Central Maluku Regency region that was an archipelago so that it complicated transportation access and rather far control range among regions and was also not explicitly regulated by legislation on supervision mechanism conducted, (3) the efforts conducted by DPRD members of Central Maluku Regency towards inhibiting factors of implementation supervision function of Regional Regulation Number 1 of 2006 on state regional regulation namely by accepting inputs from the community both written and orally.}
