		abstract={Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) policy about suspension given to securities
company will result in investor loss potentially. This legal research entitled
Suspension of Securities Company by BEI is aimed to find out what kind legal
protection towards investor who suffers loss because of that suspension. This was
a normative legal research. Law material analysis in this legal research use statute
approach and case approach. Repressive legal protections for investor who suffer
loss because of suspension are submitting claim and sue compensation as
regulated on Article 111 Act Number 8 Year 1995 concerning Capital Market and
Article 29 Finance Service Authorities (OJK) Number 1/POJK.07/2013. Investor
also reporting that securities company to OJK in accrordance with determination
of Clause (1), Article 40 Finance Service Authorities (OJK) Number
1/POJK.07/2013. Preventive legal protection to investor is based on determination
of Article 53 Finance Service Authorities (OJK) Number 1/POJK.07/2013 which
the securities company have been break the law determination on capital market
regulations can be punished with administrative sanction by OJK.}
