		abstract={The succession of organization depend on employee performance in order to completing task for achieving the organization objectives. The succession of company in order to achieving its objectives can not detached from role of work plans and work schedule. Every construction project commonly has a typical execute plans and execute schedule, as when this project executing must be starting, when it must be completing, and how this project will be performed, and how can supplying the resource. This research aims to know the factors are dominant or having great influences as the causes of project delay, is attended to prepare and build the construction planning and scheduling more complete and accurate so the project delay can be avoided or controlled.

This research adopt the instrument by Proboyo (1999). Data collecting conducted by disseminating questionare. Responder in research represent the site manager in Dinas Kimpraswil DIY area.

The research analysed to use the aritmathic means and regression. Result indicate that there are influence of project delay factors to project succesfull in Dinas Kimpraswil DIY area. The dominant factor that have high delay is work document.}
