		abstract={This research discusses about the Police?s Roles in Crime of Organ and/or
Body Network Buying and Selling for Organ Transplantation.
This research focuses on one problem formulation. The problem is to figure
out the police?s roles in Organ and/or Body Network Buying and Selling for
Organ Transplantation.
This research is normative law research which is focused on norm of positive
law in the form of supporting laws and regulations. The source of this research
uses secondary data which consists of primary law source and secondary law
source and is supported by interviewing the interviewee.
The result of the research is that the Police Department has roles related to the
crime that is national security and order maintenance from the obstacles, threats,
challenges and disturbance. It can come first from the accusation from the society
or the victim?s family as the basic for the Police Department to follow the case up.
After getting the accusation, the Police Department will do some investigations
and follow it up to the court.}
