		abstract={Consideration of the judge in imposition verdict to child who broke traffic law, this research aim to acknowledge confideration of the judge in imposition verdict to child who broke traffic law using normative law research method which fowsing on positive norm law in form principles and norms which contained in legislation and law expert?s opinion which related to consideration of the judge in imposition verdict to child who broke traffic law by way of literature study and interview with interviewees. Result of this research is the Judge need to considerate prosewtor?s indictment, witness?s testify who present in the court, defendant?s testify, evidence, subjective and objective terms someone can be sentenced, report from supervising community, prosecutor?s charge, defend from the defendant, lighten and damning things. Then, in the verdict, judge mention and imposition verdict.}
